1. Scope of Application

These Terms and Conditions apply to all business relationships between holofood (Owner: Heba Kaffka) and commercial customers (e.g., restaurants and other foodservice businesses).

2. Services

holofood provides the following services:

• Creation and provision of 3D models of dishes
• Optional: Provision of hardware (e.g., turntables, cameras) on a rental basis
• Hosting and integration of 3D models via link or QR code
• Optional onboarding for each partner, either via video call or on-site

3. Usage Rights

All created 3D models remain the property of holofood.The customer receives a simple, non-transferable right of use to display the models for their own purposes (e.g., website, menu, digital menu, advertising).

4. Contract Term & Termination

• The minimum contract term is 12 months.
• After the initial term, the contract automatically renews for three months at a time.
• Termination is possible with a notice period of 14 days to the end of each quarter after the initial 12-month term.

5. Prices & Payment Terms

All prices are exclusive of VAT.
Billing is carried out monthly via SEPA direct debit or invoice.

6. Liability

holofood is liable only for intent and gross negligence. Liability for simple negligence is excluded unless essential contractual obligations are violated.

7. Place of Jurisdiction

The place of jurisdiction for all disputes is Bitburg, insofar as legally permissible.
